The customer may request an exchange for size, color, or model within 7 calendar days after receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories. If the item received differs from what was ordered, Valenne will cover all shipping costs. If the exchange is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not exchange intimate items, personalized products, or clearance goods.
